  • During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s, Eid), processing may take slightly
    longer.

Delivery Times & Methods

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–5 working days.
  • Express delivery (where available): 1–2 working days.
  • Deliveries are made via trusted courier and postal partners such as Royal Mail.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g.,
    courier delays, weather, strikes).

Delivery Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your order size and delivery method.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly
    displayed on the Site.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
details (if available for your chosen delivery method).

Delivery Issues

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at
    info@crumora.com within 7 days of your estimated delivery date.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, but we will assist in resolving
    issues where possible.

Returns & Refunds


Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of cookies and baked goods, we cannot accept returns once
an order has been delivered, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within
    48 hours of delivery by emailing info@crumora.com.
  • Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the
    problem.
  • We will review your claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement or a refund (at
    our discretion).

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled if we receive your request before your order has been
    processed or dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless it meets
    the criteria above.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10
    business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges due to the perishable nature of our goods.
