All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by us. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of stock shortages, payment issues, or suspected fraud).

3. Products & Availability
We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, prices, and availability are
accurate. However, slight variations in appearance, size, or packaging may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. All products are subject to availability, and we may
discontinue items at any time.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in
full at the time of ordering through our approved payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders
already confirmed.

5. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. However, delivery
dates are estimates only, and we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our
control (e.g., postal strikes, courier issues, extreme weather). Risk of loss and ownership of
goods passes to you once delivery is completed.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is
damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please
contact us at info@crumora.com within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will
be issued at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs,
packaging, recipes, trademarks, service marks, and trade names — is the intellectual
property of The BAM Gifting Ltd or its licensors, and is protected under copyright,
trademark, design right, and patent laws.

  • Trademarks: Crumora™ are trademarks of Crumora Cookies.
  • Patents & Design Rights: Certain packaging, product designs, and processes are protected under registered patents and design registrations.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any
    content or products without our prior written consent.
  • Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
